    Ms. Suliman is an admitted attorney, notary public and conveyancer as well as a qualified trade mark practitioner. She is a member of the Kwazulu-Natal Law Society and a fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law. Ms. Suliman specializes in intellectual property law, particularly trade mark and copyright law, and has experience in the following areas:

    • trade mark searches/ clearance, filings, prosecution and maintenance (in South Africa and abroad)
