Dario has 26 years experience in patent law, having handled many litigious and pre-litigious matters on behalf of multinational clients in the pharmaceutical and consumer products areas. He currently chairs the patent department but remains involved in patent litigation matters in addition to other areas of the patent practice of the firm.
