Aspen gets the sniffles after trade mark battle
In a judgment handed down on 22 December 2011, the North Gauteng High Court, Pretoria ordered the cancellation of generic pharmaceutical giant, Aspen Pharmacare’s registered trade mark ANDOSEPT.
