New Head for Commercial Law Section at Adams & Adams

Andre Visser has joined Adams & Adams, attorneys, as partner and head of its commercial law section.
Visser, who has 17 years of experience, has more than ten years of commercial law experience, particularly in project finance, mergers, acquisitions, corporate law, information technology, exchange control and tax law.
He holds BComm LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria, with post-graduate qualifications HDip Tax and HDip International Tax from the University of Johannesburg (formerly RAU).
Over the almost one hundred years of its existence Adams & Adams has maintained a steady pace of growth and improvement in an ever changing environment, allowing for expansion and growth of expertise to meet the demands of its clients. By acquiring Visser, the firm will be enhancing its commercial capabilities and expertise.
The firm's commercial operations will now be centralised in a separate commercial section, within the Commercial, Property and Litigation Department of the firm, and will compliment the existing areas of expertise, enabling the firm to provide a wider range of services to its national and international clients.
