Adams & Adams appoints two new partners

Leading law firm Adams & Adams has appointed two new partners, Pearl Mathibela and Samayya Khan.

Pearl specialises in international trade mark clearance searches, filings and prosecutions. She is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and a student member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law. She holds an LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape.

Somayya specialises in litigation relating to trade marks, passing off, unlawful competition, copyright, counterfeit goods, domain names, company and close corporations and business name objections. She is a fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law and a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. She holds BA and LLB degrees from the University of Natal.






The firm practises directly in several Southern African countries and through long-established associates in others.
