Adams & Adams scoops ten awards

Law firm Adams & Adams has received no fewer than ten national and international awards for excellence.

The British based ACQ Finance Magazine has bestowed awards on the firm in five categories for South Africa for 2010 – Trademarks Law Firm of the Year, Competition Law Firm of the Year, Commercial Litigation Law Firm of the Year, Franchise Law Firm of the Year and Patents Law Firm of the Year.

The magazine’s 28 000 subscribers span a professional target market of international chief executive officers, chief financial officers and partners in law firms. Readers work in companies covering the full range of the marketplace - from lawyers to bankers, fund and investment managers to due diligence specialists.

The firm has also received the top intellectual property law firm and top advertising law advisory firm in South Africa for 2010 awards from the UK based Corporate INTL monthly magazine. This publication is directed at international business leaders, professional advisors and providers of finance.

The UK based Finance Monthly Magazine also awarded Adams & Adams as the patent law firm of the year in South Africa for 2010. The magazine has a global readership of key executives, partners, investment officers, financiers and entrepreneurs. Among others, the magazine awards leading advisory firms for their expertise and success.

Adams & Adams has also been listed as one of the Top 500 best companies in South Africa in 2010. The listing is endorsed by
Topco Media, a leader in South African business-to-business communication. The listing rewards the best in South African business and government.

Furthermore, the UK based international magazine, Managing Intellectual Property, has awarded the firm with a top tier rating in South Africa in 2010 for patent prosecution and litigation and trade mark prosecution and trade mark litigation.

Adams & Adams Chairman Dario Tanziani welcomed the awards.
