Boyd, who is a chartered accountant, has consulted to the office of the Auditor General since 2007, implementing financial management improvements. Before that he was with Nedbank where he held various executive positions, including a secondment at Swisscard, a joint venture between American Express and Credit Suisse, in Switzerland. |

 Adams & Adams has appointed five new partners, Ferdi Myburg, Dale Healy, Mandy Gordon, James Davies and Kgabo Serokolo. Myburg joined the firm in 1986 in the Trade Mark Department, where he is responsible for the maintenance of trade marks and oversees the trade mark renewal section. He specialises in the post-registration of trade marks such as renewals and assignments. He holds a BLC LLB degree. |
