The Trade Mark Department is based at our office in Pretoria, where the Trade Marks and Copyright Offices are also situated. The department also practises, for the convenience of our clients and correspondents, from our offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
The Trade Mark Department currently has a professional staff complement of 25 partners, nine associates, six professional assistants, 13 candidate attorneys and 14 paralegals. The partners, associates and professionals are all qualified attorneys and most of them are also qualified trade mark practitioners.
