Licences, assignments and changes of address

If plant breeder’s rights are assigned or any licences are granted, the Registrar must be notified and a copy of the assignment or licence agreement must be furnished to the Registrar within a period of 30 days. Similarly, changes of address of the holder must be notified to the Registrar within 30 days.
